Trimming and Shrinking(Flanging) Machine for Cylinder Head Edge

1. Machine instroduction- Working procedure

1.  This equipment adopts vertical processing technology,  After the work is finished, then reset, manual  unloading and taking out the waste ring, and the cyclic processing and production in turn.
   1. The necking/flanging part action,
   2. The lateral steel wheel feed polishing to cleaning bottom blank edge
   3. Machine rotates; the servo drives the trimming station action,
   4. The upper cylinder lowers and compresses the workpiece,
   5. The cylinder drives the workpiece to tighten,
   6. Start the button with both hands,
   7. Manually put the workpiece into the equipment,
   8. 

2. Main features of the equipment
2.1 Due to the good structural rigidity of the main parts, the precision linear slide rail is selected for the main sliding parts, the precision linear bearing is used as the guide, and the precision ball screw is selected for the feed adjustment parts.Centralized oil supply system is adopted for main transmission and moving parts, which can reduce wear and improve the stability of machine tool life and machining accuracy
2.2 The machine has a high degree of electrical automation, in addition to manual exchange for expanding arbor, other can be a key operation, motor installed with a frequency converter, control the rotation speed and feed speed, can meet all the workpiece process requirements (Φ222mm-Φ298mm).
2.3 The electrical control is concentrated in the electric control cabinet, and the reasonable layout of electrical circuits ensures the machine can work automatically and reliably. The emergency stop button on the equipment can stop the machine in time if there is an emergency.

4. Equipment structure
4.1 welding and aging treatment of section steel for main frame.

4.8 Sliding part adopts Taiwan Shangyin linear sliding rail.
