1).Material: δ0.4mm-0.8mm cold plate, color steel, film-coated plate
2). Diameter of processing barrel cover: Φ400-Φ700mm; (make the mold according to the drawing)
3). Processing barrel height: 35mm -65mm.
4). The minimum trimming allowance ≥ 2.5, the distortion around the blank ≤ 20
5). Forming form: matched with the neck of the barrel
6). Forming requirements: The machining accuracy ensures that the gap (including the rounded part) A is less than 2mm after matching with the barrel body (see the figure below for details), and it is firmly matched with the barrel body to ensure that after foaming, the gap A is less than 2.5mm. Appearance defects such as scratches and embossing are not allowed on the surface of the parts;
7). Number of production pieces: ≤1 piece/40s (with a diameter of 520mm as the standard)
