Use purpose: After drums clean, to put the drums on the painting transport chain that position is from horizontal to vertical;
(6) Control box:1 set (to control the channel liquid temperature, transport speed, liquid supply in the wash line)
Production Process
1.Shearing section for drum body , drum cover and drum bottom production line:
Use the lifting equipment to put the steel coil on de-coil machine→ 7 roller leveler machine→ accumulator→ measurement facility→ cutter→ transporter→ stow stand. Need one person to operate.
2.Drums cover and bottom production line:
To forming the cover and bottom
To produce the infusing oil hole and ventilating hole for drumPre-curl spray glue machine
Before seaming, the drum top and bottom need pre-curl, at same time must spray glue to ensure the seaming quality.
