Automatic LPG cylinder logo printing machine is specially designed for LPG cylinder production and old LPG cylinder refurbishment.
1. Processing mode:
Artificially placed cylinders-working table slipping up-automatically print- working table slipping down- Artificially take cylinder.
2. To control pneumatic components by the electromagnetic signals to achieve equipment operation.
3. The table adopts the inclined design, easy to take the cylinder
4. Pneumatic components are used from well-known Taiwan Airtac brand.
5. The maximum printing pattern area: 400(right and left) * 350mm(front and rear)or 800(right and left) * 350mm(front and rear).
6. Power supply: 220V50HZ
7. Air source supply: 0.5-0.7Mpa
8. Controlling part is designed as follows:
Debug mode: the cylinder can be up or down, the screen can be left or right, Scraping ink knife and back ink knife can be up or down, the pressure can be adjustable.
Single mode: Controlled by pneumatic components, pedal start, stop after printing one cylinder, the scraper can choose to stop at the left or right side of the screen which is covered with ink or without ink.
Continuous mode: Panel start(or pedal start), can continuously print cylinder, set interval 1-10 second every cylinder(that is time of changing cylinder, workers can self-set according to own proficiency, after finish one printing, the printer automatically start, no need to pedal start.
Controlling part set 4bit counter(display working quantity).
