Cutting Foot or Base Ring Machine for LPG Cylinder Reparing Line

Mainly used for cutting the bottom of the cylinder. The machine adopts steel welding frame, vibration aging treatment, and horizontal processing technology. Manually place the work piece above the bracket; Protective door closed. This motoring process is controlled by all PLC programs.

1.1 Work piece material: HP295, special steel plate for steel cylinders.

1.2 Product material thickness: 2.5mm-3.5mm

1.3 Diameter range: Φ300-Φ400 (made of tires according to the drawings), length range 800-1500mm, cut length range: 200-300mm
