1.1 Residual liquid and residual gas recovery device
1) Equipment configuration: 1 set, including a water-ring vacuum pump, a gas-liquid separator, a water-sealed tank, three 12kg cylinder scrap holders (automatic turnover), three sets of high-pressure hose (including scrap gun), pneumatic control system, pipeline and valve system;
2) Cylinder position of residual liquid: 3;
3) gas-liquid separator: 0.35m3, maximum allowable working pressure: 0.7MPa;
4) water seal tank: 0.15m3, maximum allowable working pressure: 0.9MPa;
5) Water-ring vacuum pump: 2SK-3 7.5kw, maximum pumping capacity: 3m3/min, working fluid flow: 8.3L/min; limit vacuum - 0.097MPa, noise: 1 meter outside the equipment test value is not more than 85 dB;

1.2-1.3 Loader-unloader of cylinder valve
1) Equipment configuration: a total of 2, respectively, a cylinder valve unloader (for 12 kg), a cylinder valve loader (for 12 kg);

1.4-1.6 steel cylinder incinerator, forced cooling device, desulfurizing and smoke removing device
 
Main technical requirements of incinerators
1) Equipments: 1 set, including incinerator body, burner, fuel supply system (with fuel pressure reducer and related valves, pipes, filters, pressure meters, safety venting system), flue gas treatment equipment, flue gas chimney, flue gas, etc.
2) Furnace temperature: <650, according to the requirements of the incineration bottle, the temperature collection point should not be less than three; temperature measurement and control point should be linked with the fuel supply system to ensure the timely supply of fuel;
3) burner: 2 (liquefied petroleum gas as gas source). The calorific value of the burner should meet the requirement of the burner. The calorific value of a single burner is 100,000 kcal. The quantity of the burner must be enough to meet the requirement of the burner when the natural gas is used as fuel alone. Equipped with 1 fuel guns (residual gas as gas source).
4) automation: the manipulator automatically delivers bottles.
5) the incinerator should be furnated with refractory materials.
6) Cylinders are sent out of the incinerator through a roller conveyor chain to an on-line cylinder hydraulic testing machine using a combination of natural cooling and strong cooling.
7) the largest size of the incinerator is 14000 * 1200 x 1500mm (long * width * height).

Main technical requirements for flue gas treatment equipment
1) the treatment capacity should be matched with the treatment capacity of the incinerator, which can be greater than the treatment capacity of the incinerator.
2) Dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification should be included to treat the flue gas (including dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other waste gases) produced in the process of incinerator production so as to meet the national environmental protection requirements

1.7-1.8 Steel cylinder hydrostatic testing machine
1) equipment configuration: hydraulic press, 6 stations, suitable for 12kg cylinders.
2) air source pressure: 0.5-0.8MPa;

4) the holding time is 1~2min (adjustable).

1.9 Shot blasting derusting machine
1)Equipment configuration: 1 set, including shot blasting chamber, shot blasting device, rotating roller and dust purification and recovery device (including first-class cyclone separation dust, second-class filter core dust), air duct and discharge chimney, etc.
2) cleaning efficiency: 120 /h;
3) projectile specification: loading amount is about 100-180kg;
4) projectile consumption: only 0.01kg/;
5) the number of toss: no less than 2, to ensure that there are no dead ends.
6) noise: the test value at 1 meters outside the isolation wall of the equipment should not exceed 85 dB.
7) Equipped with independent conveying chain and starting and stopping motor, front and rear equipped with automatic bottle feeder and automatic bottle feeder and conveying chain between them;
8) the maximum size is 5000 x 1500 x 2100 mm (long * width * height).
 Technical requirements for dust purification and recovery unit
1) the handling capacity should be matched with the processing capacity of shot blasting machine, which can be larger than that of shot blasting machine.
2) Secondary dedusting should be adopted, which should consist of cyclone deduster, bag deduster, pulse back blow and impact equipment, electric control system, air duct, chimney, etc. 
3) exhaust pipe (cylinder or chimney): height not less than 15m.

1.10 Fully automatic electrostatic spraying line
Electrostatic spraying pipeline drying channel adopts Bridge gas heating drying channel, the process temperature is about 160 ~ 220 ~C, automatic temperature control, digital display. The oven adopts the bridge type "U" shape, the outer plate thickness is not less than 1.0 mm galvanized steel sheet, the thickness of the insulation plate is not less than 120 mm, and the chamber insulation plate adopts the plug-in three-layer split-room structure. The air in the oven passes through the air pipe under the circulating fan, and the air enters the air pipe inside the oven after filtering and heating, so that the workpiece is evenly heated.

1.11 Air tightness tester
1) test pressure: 2.1MPa;
2) cylinder working pressure: 0.5~0.8Mpa;
3) air tight test rack: after entering the bottle, it is necessary to connect the fixture and bottle valve automatically for air tightness test.
4) the maximum length dimension of on-line air tightness testing machine should not exceed 7m.

1.12 Cylinder valve check stand
1) the number of seats on the check plate is 4.
2) air pressure for inspection: 2.1MPa;

1.13 Printing machine

1.14-1.18 Chain conveyor line and drive system

The basic requirements of chain conveyor line include:
1) the conveyor line should meet the requirements of 12kg specification steel cylinder.
2) the conveying system should be convenient for the on-line and offline cylinders.
3) the length of the chain does not include the supporting chain.
5) main technical indicators:
A) roller conveyor speed: 0-6m/min (adjustable speed);
B) width of roller conveyor line: 420mm; height: 300~400mm;
C) the maximum single point lifting weight of the suspension chain line is not less than 50kg;
6) The conveying chain should be set in segments according to the requirements of automation, and the segments should be guaranteed to be independently controlled and operated. At the same time, it should be able to work simultaneously with the entire conveying line.
7) The chain for transporting standing cylinders should be provided with necessary guardrail, and the height of guardrail should ensure the safety of transporting cylinders.

Driving head and driving motor
1) drive mode: Electric;
2) adaptive power supply voltage / frequency: three phase 380V/50Hz
3) roller conveyor speed: 0-4m/min (adjustable speed);
