Automatic Powder Coating Line for LPG Cylinder Production Machinery
Automatic Powder Coating Line drying channel adopts Bridge gas heating drying channel, the process temperature is about 160ºC ~ 220 ºC, automatic temperature control, digital display. The oven adopts the bridge type "U" shape, the outer plate thickness is not less than 1.0 mm galvanized steel sheet, the thickness of the insulation plate is not less than 120 mm, and the chamber insulation plate adopts the plug-in three-layer split-room structure. The air in the oven passes through the air pipe under the circulating fan, and the air enters the air pipe inside the oven after filtering and heating, so that the workpiece is evenly heated.
Main technical requirements for spray line
1) Equipment configuration: 1 set, including automatic powder room (high-voltage electrostatic generator, powder injection system and powder supply system, powder recovery device), curing roaster, gas heating furnace system, automatic suspension conveyor chain, exhaust pipe and electric control system.

Automatic spraying powder room
It consists of powder room, electrostatic generator, spray gun, powder feeding device, powder recovery device and electronic control system.
1) Powder chamber: 5500 *1500 *2500 mm powder recovery design should be provided to ensure smooth air flow in the powder chamber, high powder loading rate; chamber should be made of galvanized steel sheet with thickness not less than 1.5mm, should ensure beautiful appearance, strong and durable; chamber should be equipped with no less than 1 explosion-proof lighting facilities, should meet the requirements of illumination; Compact structure and small footprint.
2) Electrostatic generator and spraying gun: No less than 4 stationary electrostatic generators and automatic spraying guns, 1 manual monitoring spraying gun and 1 spraying elevator should be equipped to ensure the full coverage of the cylinder spraying.
3) powder supply barrel: the powder supply barrel should adopt imported fluidized board, fluidized uniformly; the fluidized board should be able to be quickly dismantled and cleaned up; the top of the powder supply barrel should be connected by quick buckle to facilitate the addition of powder.
4) powder recovery device: the recovery device should ensure that the powder not adsorbed by the workpiece can be recycled, reduce production costs, improve the economic benefits of spraying, and reduce the pollution of powder to the environment; the powder recovery rate should not be less than 90%; (pulse filter type recovery)
5) electric control system: independent electrical control cabinet for control.
Heating and curing equipment
1) Baking passage body: 16500 *2240 *3940 mm integral type is full bridge type, baking passage structure adopts jigsaw type, insulation layer thickness is not less than 120 mm, internal and external plate thickness is not less than 1.0 mm galvanized steel sheet, internal and external plate structure adopts assembly structure,The thickness of the inner corner plate is not less than 1.0mm galvanized steel plate, the thickness of the outer corner plate is not less than 2.0mm hot rolled steel sheet.;
2) Heating system: It is composed of heating chamber, gas burner, hot air circulating fan, return air duct and temperature control system.
A. The heating chamber is set at the bottom of the baking passage body, and its insulation material, thickness, inside and outside board material, inside and outside corner board material are the same as the baking passage body.
B. The burner should use liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, calorific value should not be less than 250,000 kcal, should be able to ensure that the drying temperature is 160-220 degrees Celsius;
The impeller of C and hot air circulation fan should be located in the heating chamber, and the air volume should not be less than 11000m3/h.
D. The return air duct shall adopt the internal circulation mode, the lower air supply, the lower air return, and the necessary air volume control valve.
E and drying temperature should be automatically controlled by digital display temperature controller, which can display and control the drying temperature in real time. A platinum resistance temperature sensor is used for temperature measurement.

Suspension chain conveyor
1) The total length is not less than 100 meters and consists of driving, tensioning device, frequency converter, chain, straight, curved rail, inspection rail and refueling device.
2) the suspension line is equipped with 1 drivers, 1 sets of heavy hammer tensioner, and the speed regulation is frequency conversion.
3) The whole system is equipped with safety protection device. When the catenary is overloaded or abnormal, the catenary has mechanical and electrical dual protection function.
4) Should be equipped with steel structure support, column, floor, beam, diagonal brace and other parts of all materials should ensure the safe operation of the conveyor line, should be able to withstand the high temperature drying channel;
5) the maximum single point lifting weight of the conveying line is not less than 50kg.

Electronic control system
1) control mode: decentralization and centralized control.
2) strong and weak electricity are arranged separately, and separate wiring boxes and cabinets are set up respectively.
3) The main circuit of the motor adopts traditional circuit breaker, contactor and thermal relay, which has the functions of short-circuit overload, short-circuit and phase-missing protection.
4) Temperature control meter adopts digital temperature control meter, PT100 platinum resistance as temperature sensor, display the temperature of each heating point while working for accurate automatic control. The system has the characteristics of high accuracy and stable control.
