1.10 Fully automatic electrostatic spraying line
Electrostatic spraying pipeline drying channel adopts Bridge gas heating drying channel, the process temperature is about 160 ~ 220 ~C, automatic temperature control, digital display. The oven adopts the bridge type "U" shape, the outer plate thickness is not less than 1.0 mm galvanized steel sheet, the thickness of the insulation plate is not less than 120 mm, and the chamber insulation plate adopts the plug-in three-layer split-room structure. The air in the oven passes through the air pipe under the circulating fan, and the air enters the air pipe inside the oven after filtering and heating, so that the workpiece is evenly heated.
1.11 Air tightness tester

The basic requirements of chain conveyor line include:

6) The conveying chain should be set in segments according to the requirements of automation, and the segments should be guaranteed to be independently controlled and operated. At the same time, it should be able to work simultaneously with the entire conveying line.
7) The chain for transporting standing cylinders should be provided with necessary guardrail, and the height of guardrail should ensure the safety of transporting cylinders.
