Automated LPG cylinder foot ring and guard ring welding machine
 

Automated LPG cylinder foot ring and guard ring welding machine are specially designed for old LPG cylinder refurbishment. It can weld the foot ring and guard ring at the same time or separately. It is with high quality and advanced technology, can weld the foot ring and guard ring well quickly.

Welding method: welding gun fixed, the workpiece rotary welding, single gun configuration;

Position the work piece: The lifting position of the cylinder is positioned by the bracket, and the head clamps at both ends accurately position the cylinder.
The head motor is a shaft structure and is driven to rotate by a geared motor to drive the cylinder to rotate.
The welding gun is fixed on the wire feeder head.
Total input cable: over 25mm²
