Hydraulic cylinder inner wall weld cladding machine

The hydraulic cylinder inner wall weld cladding machine is specially designed for hydraulic cylinder production. It is suitable for the weld cladding of the hydraulic cylinder inner wall to ensure the hydraulic cylinder to get high wear resistance. It is also could be used in pipe/ tube inside surface weld cladding.


Features

1. Continuously circular welding overlaying on the inside surface of the hydraulic cylinder, tube, and pipe.
2. Cladding layer thickness and width adjustable.
3. With stable arc and low spatter welding power, it can get a uniform and smooth cladding layers.
4. High current MIG/MAG Welding process.

LINCOLN CV500P welding power source is with stable arc and low spatter features, can get a neat and beautiful cladding layer.
Excellent control-Proportion to traditional SCR welders, excellent control of arc stability can achieve aligned spatter and better welds
Horizontal drive: AC servo motor drive;
Maximum traveling speed(vertical and horizontal): 10m/min;
Walking accuracy(vertical and horizontal): ± 3/1000mm;
Head swing: Servo motor, swing speed is adjustable;
